Russian variety of autumn disease-resistant columnar apple. This variety is also suitable for climatically less suitable locations for apple growing. Gardeners particularly value this variety for its excellent taste.

Vigour: moderate, upright, columnar, final height 2 m, has very few side shoots and is therefore ideal for smaller gardens
Blossom: it is necessary to either plant two different and compatible kinds of apples in close proximity to each other to cross-pollinate
Fruit: 140 g on average, apples are balanced in weight
Fruit colour: basic color yellow-green with raspberry red blush on the sunny side
Pulp: greenish, juicy, mild, pleasant taste, sweet and sour

Storage: until mid-February
Yeald: very high, tends to overload the crop. Columnar apple trees will sometimes fruit the first year after planting, but usually start fruiting best in their third year and beyond.
Frost resistance: very good
Disease resistance: immune to scab (Vf gene), resistance to other fungal diseases at the level of the best resistant apple varieties. Suitable for organic or no-spray culture.
