Most widespread variety in Canada. Very fertile, the record is 40 kg of yield per shrub. Fruits are among the sweetest of all Amelanchier types.
Origin: selection from the Canadian varieties
Growth: moderately strong, upright shrub, height 3 - 4 m
Flower: April, self-fertile
Fruit: big, on average 1.3 cm, pulp very sweet, juicy
Ripening time: early, mid-June, ripening simultaneously in large grapes, yield on average 7,5 kg / shrub
Resistance to diseases: not too sensitive to fungal diseases, or pests
