Resistant Russian columnar autumn variety. Also suitable for climatically less suitable locations for apple cultivation.
Crossing: hybrid forms 54-108 x TSR12Т77 (donors of scab resistance, Vf gen), 1978, Russia. Propagation under the name Arbat started in 1985.
Vigour: moderate, semi-compact, columnar, final height 3 m
Fruit: large, 160 - 190 g
Pulp: medium-firm, juicy, taste balanced, slightly acidic, very aromatic
Harvest season: early October
Storage: until January
Yield: heavy and regular, extremely fertile, thinning advisable
Resistance to diseases: immune to scab, resistant to other fungal diseases at the level of the best apple varieties
