Duke had bred in the USA in 1986. Self-pollinating blueberry, resistant to cold at the time of flowering. It also enjoys good summer heat. Yield is regularly and high.

Vigour: upright, the shrub reach a height of up to 150 - 180 cm
Fruits: medium-sized (70 pcs / 0.25 l), firm, good taste, but harmonious sweet flavor matures later. The fruits have excellent shelf life and last long in the cold.
Cold hardiness: verry high, up to -34°C
Disease resistance: Duke has good resistance to botrytis (Botrytis cinerea) and anthracnose (Gloeosporium minus)
