Autumn pear with attractive red fruits and resistance to fungal diseases and frost.
Origin: clone of variety Devo, released in 2003
Vigour: moderate, broad pyramidal canopy shape
Blossom: the flowers and young fruits are relatively resistant to late spring frosts. Cross-pollinate variety, for pollination needs another pear blooming at the same time.
Fruits: very large, on average 210 to 260 g, balanced in size
Pulp: juicy, mildly buttery, sweet
Harvest season: harwest maturity mid-September, ready for consumption two to three weeks later
Yield: early yield onset, already in the 3rd - 4th year after planting. In the 7th year the yield reaches 47 - 56 kg / tree.
Disease resistance: low sensitivity to fire blight (Erwinia amylovora), scab (Venturia pyrina) and pear rust (Gymnosporangium sabinae).
