Large fruited blueberry bred in the USA and introduced in 1988. Popular for their ease cultivation, high yield, excellent fruit flavor, high market value and disease resistance. Recommended for hobby and commercial cultivation on plantations with machine harvesting.
Vigour: upright, bushy, height 130 to 160 cm
Fruits: light blue, uniform, large (60 pcs. / 0.25 l), taste sweet and sour, full-bodied. Ripe berries can hang on the bush for a long time without losing quality, are easy to transport and store.
Harvest season: mid-early, first half of August, the yield from one shrub averages 6 kg
Frost resistance: verry high, up to -34°C
