Crossing: Nordhäuser Winterforelle x Madame Verte
Blossom: cross-pollinate, pollinators are other pear varieties
Fruits: large, 220 g, color red-yellow
Taste: good, melting
Harvest season: harwest maturity late September, consumption maturity mid-October, if stored in the refrigerator until November
Disease resistance: highly resistant to scab (Venturia pyrina) and powdery mildew (Podosphaera leucotricha), low susceptibility to fire blight (Erwinia amylovora).
