Vigour: slow to moderately slow-growing, relatively low shrub with a small number of shoots. The branches are densely covered with berries, that keep their color well into winter. Wood tolerates pruning very well.
Thorns: moderately thorny
Fruits: medium-sized, oval, deep orange, tart, relatively easy to pick, high in vitamin C
Harvest season: medium early, late August
Yield: very productive variety. First larger yields from the 3rd year.
Soil: well drained, deep sandy-loamy soil, slightly acidic-neutral
Frost resistance: plants and flowers are completely frost hardy
