Winter apple variety with excellent fruit quality, long shelf life and scab resistance. Undemanding to growing conditions. In terms of taste, it is one of the top apple varieties.

Origin and Crossing: Prima x Rubín, 1997, Breeder Institute of Experimental Botany, Czech Republic
Vigour: initially strong, later moderate, canopy spherical. Bears fruit mainly on long wood, which must be taken into account when cutting.
Blossom: cross-pollinated, suitable pollinators are varieties blooming at the same time. Variety is an excellent pollinator.
Fruits: medium-sized, flat-spherical, attractively colored. The yellow base color is covered by a red cheek on most of the fruit surface. Apples tolerate transport well and are pressure-resistant.
Pulp: yellowish, firm, melting, juicy. The taste is excellent, deliciously sweet, pleasantly aromatic.
Harvest season: harvest maturity at the end of September, consumption maturity at the end of October
Storage: apples can be stored until February, or until April if storage conditions are suitable. The variety retains its quality and taste throughout the entire storage period.
Yield: high and regular, early onset
Frost resistance: high
General disease-resistance: resistance to scab (Vf gene) on a polygenic basis. Tolerant to powdery mildew. Suitable for organic cultivation without chemical protection.
