Very productive and undemanding variety originally from North America. Perfectly adapted to unfavorable climatic conditions. The fruits have healing properties and resemble mountain ash tree. Are suitable for juice, wine and jam processing.
Vigour: upright shrub, height 2 m, width 1 m, foliage dark green, red-orange in autumn
Blossom: May, white umbels
Fruits: ark blue to black, round, up to 10 mm, firm skin, carmine-red juice, juicy flesh, bitter-sweet taste
Harvest season: August to September
Yield: very high, the highest-yielding aronia variety
Frost resistance: absolutely frost hardy
