Handling and Shipping

We ship the best way available, usually by GLS Parcel Service to selected European Union countries.
Due to long transport times (min. 5 days) and the threat of plant damages, especially in summer, we send the plants to Sweden, Finland, Portugal, Spain, France and Italy either in spring (March - April) or in late autumn (October - November).
Shipping and handling fees are not included in our product prices.
WE DO NOT SHIP OUTSIDE THE EU.

Timing When You Receive Your Order

Our fruit trees are sold and shipped from early March to November with a summer break in June and July due to risk of plant damage in transit, especially during hot days.
We understand that some customers may need to receive their trees at a certain time. We can never guarantee that you will receive your order on an exact date but we can make sure you receive your trees within a specific week.

Changes to shipping dates

Any changes to shipping dates must be made at least one week prior to your requested shipping week. Once shipping season starts, it is difficult to make changes on short notice due to the volume of orders that we handle. We ask you to give us as much advance notice if you are not able to receive your order on the originally requested delivery time frame.

Track & Trace

All GLS packages are fully tracked from the time they leave our hands until the time they are delivered. All orders which provided a valid e-mail address will receive a shipping confirmation which contains the tracking number for your shipment. The packages can be tracked online from the time they are sent until the time they arrive at your home address.

Due to limited quantity we only sell trees at retail prices, no wholesale discounts.

Quality Guarantee

We exercise the greatest care to have our stock genuine and reliable. We guarantee all stock to be in good condition on leaving our hands, but do not guarantee it to grow under all conditions. Our fruit trees do not show symptoms of disease or damage.

Safe & Secure

Our website uses SSL: Secure Socket Layers. This is an online security system. You can recognise it by the lock in the address bar. You will also see 'https' in the URL instead of 'http'. This extra 's' stands for 'secure'. With SSL, all information between you and our website is encoded, making it impossible to read for third parties.

Payment in advance - debit card, or PayPal

You pay the order amount by payment card by authorizing payment immediately after placing the order, or via a PayPal account. The authorized payment will be withdrawn a week before the expected dispatch of your order. The PayPal payment request will be sent to you 1 week before the expected shipment. Payment is due within 14 days from the date of the payment request. Your order will be shipped as soon as your full payment is received. If you do not pay the invoice within 14 days of the payment request, your order will be cancelled.

PayPal protects your information using sophisticated safety systems and fraud prevention systems. PayPal will never provide us with your financial information.
