An older variety of blueberry bred in New Jersey, USA in 1978. The variety requires locations with permeable soil, appropriate pH and is not tolerant of errors in fertilization.
Vigour: strong, broad and upright, height 150 - 200 cm and width 100 - 140 cm. The foliage is shiny, light green, turn into attractive orange-red tones in autumn. Blossom is late, cross-pollinate, needs pollination by another variety.
Fruits: large, firm, light blue, with a very distinctive taste, suitable for mechanical harvest
Harvest season: early, the yield from one shrub averages 6 kg
Frost resistance: up to -29°C
