Thornless, self-fertile blackberry with a very upright vigour. Well suited for plantation cultivation as well as for house gardens.

Crossing: (Thornfree x Brazos) x (Ark. 550 x Cherokee), University of Arkansas, 1989
Vigour: very strong, shoots upright, without thorns
Fruit: large, weight 6-8 g, shiny, firm, sweet and sour, easy to transport. Manual harvest recommended.
Harvest season: bears fruit in August for a month
Yield: gives high regular yields
Disease resistance: generally good disease resistance, anthracnose resistant
Frost resistance: sufficiently hardy
