Plum (Prunus domestica) HAGANTA®

Quality plum variety with huge fruits. Plum pox virus (PPV) resistant, resistant to monilia, rust and other fungal and bacterial diseases of wood and bark. Particularly interesting for organic fruit growing and hobby gardeners.

Vigour: moderate, loose structure with flat, very favorable branches, therefore easy to train
Blossom: early, partially self-fertile
Fruits: very large, 60 - 80 g, oblong, dark blue with heavy wax coating
Pulp: juicy, firm, yellow, golden yellow when fully ripe, freestone
Taste: excellent, with a balanced sugar-acid ratio. The sugar content is 21.0° Brix and more.
Harvest season: mid-September
Yield: high, stable and regular, early onset
