Crossing: Boscs Pear x Olivier de Serres, Crimea Ukraine
Vigour: moderateg, hanging to long overhanging, sometimes spreading growth, low to medium branching, pruning necessary
Blossom: medium to late, cross-pollinate, suitable pollinators are other pear varieties
Fruits: large, 250 - 300 g, bright yellow skin with a reddish tinged cheek, smooth, thin
Pulp: juicy, sweet, crisp, refreshing
Harvest season: harwest maturity in the second half of August, consumption maturity from late August to mid-September, can be stored in the refrigerator until late October
Yield: medium high, regular
Disease resistance: low sensitivity to fire blight (Erwinia amylovora), scab (Venturia pyrina) and pear rust (Gymnosporangium sabinae)
