Pear (Pyrus communis) KYRGYZSKAYA ZIMNAYA

Winter pear with a uniquely attractive appearance, excellent taste and high resistance to disease and frost. Unpretentious to growing conditions. The fruits excellent tolerate long transports and have a long shelf life.

Vigour: moderate, canopy shape broadly pyramidal, sparse
Blossom: the flowering period is March - April, the flowers and young fruits are reasonably resistant to late spring frosts. Cross-pollinate variety, for pollination needs another pear blooming at the same time.
Fruits: very nice in appearance, large to very large, average weight 220 - 250 g. They have an interesting egg to cubic shape. The peel is firm, greenish-yellow in harwest maturity, golden-yellow with a pronounced purple-red blush on most of the fruit surface in consumption maturity. During the ripening period, the fruit holds firmly to the tree.
